PORTCoach features a powerful Training Plan generating engine with an interactive interface. The system automatically builds a detailed training plan, assigns athletes to training groups based on goals, set training baselines, and track progression through completion.
Training Times
PORTCoach offers the ability to create customized training times on a per athlete basis. This will allow athletes to developed as efficiently as possible and ensure that athletes are developing according to their own development level.
Energy Events
PORTCoach offers the ability to view the energy systems composition of each event. This feature allows the coach to ensure that the appropriate number of workouts are allocated to each event.
The dashboard provides coaches with an overview of all of their athletes, workouts, training plans and track meets associated with their team. Since this information is located in an user friendly, centralized location coaches can make informed training decisions on the fly.

The dashboard offers several reports to choose from including meet results and training goals.

Well, with the PORTCoach companion app all that goes away. PORTCoach Companion allows coaches to bring training plans on thier mobile phone as well as view pre-configured groups based off times. PORTCoach also comes equipped with a timer that can be preset for groups and individuals.
