What is PORT?

PORT stands for Progressive Overload and Recovery Training technology, a training methodology designed to cater to the needs of the individual athlete by configuring workouts and training times customized for the athlete's current fitness level
Anytime you have an athlete performing at one level and by a given date you would like them performing at another level you are essentially using PORT. Unfortunately, most coaches lack the necessary software to analyze training efficiency and implement PORT correctly. Without the necessary data to analyze and refine a training approach it becomes extremely difficult for coaches to provide the necessary feedback that will allow an athlete to reach their full potential. PORTCoach will provide a coach the necessary tools to make informed decisions regarding their training regimen.

Well, with the PORTCoach companion app all that goes away. PORTCoach Companion allows coaches to bring training plans on thier mobile phone as well as view pre-configured groups based off times. PORTCoach also comes equipped with a timer that can be preset for groups and individuals.
